New Construction Door
New Construction doors come equipped with an integrated nailing flange attached to the top and both sides of the door frame for easy installation in a stud wall. Nailing flanges for the bottom of the door can also be requested at no additional charge.

Replacement Door
Replacement doors are designed to be installed in a door opening after the existing door has been removed. Replacement doors do not come with integrated nailing flanges.
